2. Basic Server Management

  1 - 5 servers Level 1 / Level 2 $75 / month
  6 - 10 servers Level 1 / Level 2 $110 / month
  11 and above Level 1 / Level 2 $225 / month
 
 
Description  
    24 / 7 server and service monitoring including reboot if necessary. Also working on servers after reboot to find the cause of the reboot and load issues if any.  
 
 
3. Advanced Server Management
servers Level Prices
  1 - 5 servers Level 1 / Level 2 $150 / month
  6 - 10 servers Level 1 / Level 2 $650 / month
  11 and above Level 1 / Level 2 $1250 / month
 
 
Description  
    24 / 7 server and service monitoring including reboot if necessary. Also working on servers after reboot to find the cause of the reboot and load issues if any. All other Level 3 administration on this plan provided incuding Backup/Restore and client interaction if necessary.
